Pasta Basics

We are going to make pasta from scratch. You probably thought you'd never be able to make it yourself but our chef will show you the tricks to make the right pasta for your recipe. You will make the dough, roll it out, cut it in different shapes and make complimentary sauces.  The menu will be Fresh Pasta Dough, Linguini with roasted red pepper sauce, & Sausage and Cheese Ravioli with Garlic Sauce.
